“When I was looking to buy the sonos beam I contacted customer services and they were very helpful also price matched the beam for me.delivery is super quick I've bought the beam n two sonos ones now and both were delivered the next day.i will be buying more sonos products from smart home sounds A+++”

“One small issue arose with my delivery when an incorrect cable was sent out with the order but the team at SHS were easy to contact by phone and email. They were quick to resolve this issue which is always a good sign of how a company performs ”

“I am not normally a person that would write a review but on this occasion I felt I had to. In the past I have experienced a few disasters with internet purchases but this time was a complete pleasure. After watching various Smart Home Sounds, YouTube videos I found myself making a large purchase of Sonos equipment. From start to finish everything was excellent. The ordering, the next day delivery, the quality of the product and the extremely helpful staff available when I called them with further questions. This company will be the place I go to first in the future and would definitely recommend them.”

“I am hearing impaired so I was thrilled to be able to chat online so I was able to reread and understand things well. Had a Tom who was so so helpful and mainly so patience with me as I was clueless and procrastinated a lot because sono are expensive items. He helped me understand about what and how each Sono devices worked, how they worked or not work together and what was not really needed for what I wanted. This meant I was able to buy needed relevant devices instead of unneeded devices so I was actually abled to surprise my husband for his birthday and Christmas! Nearly bought one item which turned out it wasn’t necessary. I felt there was a total honesty from him. We had one little blemish fault with a sono hub, which was a manufacture issue, not Smart Home Sounds fault but it was obvious they took pride of the company and it’s customers - Tom dealt with it fast by collecting and exchanging fast. I have used this company three times now because I felt I could trust them and their customer service so far has always been at top standard at all times. Totally rave for Tom and totally for Smart Home Sounds.”

“Excellent service again from initial contact through to delivery next day . Tom in your customer service team was excellent , answering my queries promptly . It's my second delivery of 5 items within 2 weeks from smart home sounds . Going to expand my new Sonos sound system further shortly and shall definitely be using them again .”

“Bought a Sonos system from Smart Home Sounds consisting of 7 Sonos One speakers, Soundbar, Boost and brackets. Great price, great customer service, very quick delivery, and robust packaging. System worked straight out of the box with no hassle. It’s amazing too! Don’t bother looking anywhere else other than Smart Home Sounds. It’s that simple. Thanks so much.”
