“Totally blown away. Made the order 9:15 Friday morning goods arrived 11: 45 Saturday, the helpline (Jonathan) gave me the assurance of how to set the goods up. Absolute bliss!”

“Excellent customer service. I was firm on buying a Sonos subwoofer anyway, but if I was unsure then the service I received would have definitely swayed me towards buying one for sure. I dealt with 'Jonathan' can't fault his service! Delivery service was excellent also, I highly recommend this company.”

“Great product range. Great prices - even willing to price-match. Great service with free next day delivery........oh, and a 6 year guarantee thrown in! What's not to like? On my radar is another Play 1 (White) which would be my third purchase from this company.”

“Really cannot recommend this company enough. Had a small problem due to delivery driver being idiot and had a response back in 20 minutes. Went back and ordered a second speaker as loved it so much. Then went back for a third for bedroom. Really amazing products and service. In fact just recommended them to my mum as she wants one for my dads birthday. Great company, great products and great service 5 stars everyday of the week!”

“Great sound.... to be honest we are new to this type of listening to music and tv and probably need a bit of time to explore some more. So far though we are truly gobsmacked by the quality 👍👍👍🙂🙂🙂 Add to this a great price, a 6 year warranty and spot on delivery performance = very happy customers 👍🙂”

“I found smart home to be the cheapest website I could find to purchase my Sonos Beam. Easy to use website and pleased I purchased from smart home. Only point I would make is the Saturday delivery option picked did not happen and it arrived Monday which is not a massive issue”
