“First time I have used Smart Home Sounds and with the service I have received so far it won’t be the last. A call to discuss the Sonos system I was looking at gave me all the information I needed to go ahead with my purchase. Online videos are excellent for extra help if needed knowing help is always there at the end of a phone call. Will be using you again in the future.”

“its my first 1st record deck and I love it. it looks great, sounds great and works great too. I recommend this to anyone looking for a deck, its easy to set and and use, plugged it into the phono plugs in my amp with the cables provided. Within minutes of getting it out of the box it was up n running, well spinning.”

“Customer Service 10 thumbs up ! My weekend Customer Service tech. were awesome. They tried to fix my problems via computer texting from Hugo which passed it on to Alfredo A both tried to help me and turned out to be a verizon router issue then i was introduced to Ana from Costa Rico who absoiutely hit it out of the park and helped me step by step to resolve my issue. She was amazing ! all 3 listened to me and never made me feel like I was asking to much from them. Problem was resolved and I even was helped how to navigate a few things on the app. 1 to 5 i recieved a 6”

“Always, always excellent advice. Tailored to what I want. Never feel like they are just trying to sell something for the sake of it . The customer service is excellent and even looking around elsewhere, FROM NOW ON I will be always ending up buying in SMART HOMES SOUND whne comes to high class HI-FI (and not only) systems because they offer good value for money, good advice, good warranties and a generally just a pleasure to deal with.
