“With an informative and easy to use website and a price match offer they make a very good first impression. The chat box quickly appears if you need any help and they also deal with telephone enquiries quickly. I've found them vey good to deal with on the occasions I've used them. Importantly this included when I had a fault on a new turntable which was returned and replaced quickly and efficiently. This is why I go back to them again as my first choice for audio equipment.”

“Couldn't be happier with my purchase, I ordered the wrong Technica Vinyl Player and realised once it had arrived, within 2 hours I had re-ordered the new one and Smart Home Sounds had agreed to collect the other one for a small charge. A process that could of been stressful was entirely stress free with the help of the guys on live chat. I also managed to get a price match on the second order which saved me £20, all in all a great company and I will 100% be using the website again.”

“Thanks to Jonathan for pushing my order through on Friday late PM - and for the great advice on what to buy. The speakers arrived Saturday and meant we could play all weekend! They worked a treat - filling the open plan kitchen with sound as I wanted, working with the Beam. Thanks for the advice and excellent service!!! Definitely 5 stars.”
