“First-rate service from start to finish. Very competitive price on my Sonos components. Immediate online support and swift efficient response to phone call. Delivery within 24 hours with a one hour time slot from 200 miles away. Very impressive. Would highly recommend. Address on website would, perhaps, give first time buyers even more reassurance.”

“I purchased 2 x Sonos play 1's and a Play 3, the play 1's were a starter pack deal and well priced. The online assistant was very helpful and polite throughout. Even though the items we discounted the assistant was haapy to give me £5 military discount which was good news. All items arrived timely, the delivery service was excellent, the items were well packaged and in excellent condition. Very happy and the speakers were easy to set up and are brilliant. Thank you to all at Smart Home Sounds, I would not hesitate to use them again”

“Original Packaging disappointing - to the extent I thought I had been shipped a secondhand item - contents were ok. Packaging was ripped and put together with sticky tape Also next day delivery didn't happen, it came on the 2nd day”

“I was looking for some Sonos speakers and my friend from work recommended Smart Homes Sounds. They were the cheapest out there and the delivery was really quick.
