“Highly recommend Smart Home Sounds, my first purchase was a Sonos One in December 2017, within a week it had developed a fault. I contacted Smart Home Sounds who authorised an exchange immediately and arranged free collection the next day. As soon as the pick up was confirmed by DPD a replacement speaker was sent out which arrived the next day and has worked fine ever since. I have just ordered a Play-bar & 2 Sonos one bundle at a great price from Smart Home Sounds. They arrived the day after ordering and the set-up of the play-bar and left rear speaker went smoothly, for some reason the right rear failed to set-up correctly. I contacted Technical Support at Smart Home Sounds who talked me through the steps required to finish the speaker group set-up. Lastly I had problems using ARC on the play-bar and my TV again Technical Support at Smart Home Sounds were on hand to guide me through the process. So within a very short time I had my system set-up to my satisfaction. It is also worth noting Smart Home Sounds give a 6 year warranty with all Sonos products.”

Hi Simon, Thank-you for taking the time to leave a review of Smart Home Sounds. I hope that you are enjoying your recent purchase, but sorry to hear about your delivery taking longer than expected. As the item was possibly ordered after 4 PM on a Friday, then it would not have been processed and dispatched until the next working day (Monday), for delivery on Tuesday. Orders made before the 4 PM Friday cut off are still delivered on Saturday, with the option for the customer to specify a Sunday at no extra cost. Kind regards, Tom @ Smart Home Sounds.

“This is the second time I have used Smart Home Sounds and what a fantastic service they deliver. I noticed that they did a price match so asked and they did, plus a 6 year warranty. All emails were answered within 15 minutes which doesn’t often happen. I ordered on the Thursday morning, received plenty of emails informing me of the despatch and delivery etc. The product arrived promptly the next day. So nice to see some excellent customer service (from Tom). Smart Home Sounds will be my first place to go to for my next purchase.”
