“Was a little annoyed initially when my order for Sonos arc was delayed due to stock availability. However it was clear that this was not Smart Home Sounds fault as it was sold out everywhere. The main difference is that Smart Home Sounds, where very transparant about the situation, kept me up to date regularly and responded to my queries quickly and efficiently. Their customer support has been second to none. They now have a loyal customer because of their support.”

“Items took a while to arrive which was not the fault of Smart Home Sounds, they always gave me an update when I asked for an ETA and called to let me know they had been dispatched. Would definitely use them again and well worth the wait”

“Purchased a sonos arc soundbar from smart home sounds. Painless purchase except the wait for the stock which is no reflection on smart home sounds at home. I even emailed to chase up and had a very polite conversation with them, and they were super responsive and helpful. Once in stock I had it next day and it sounds amazing. 6 year warrenty to boot. Will happily purchase more sonos speakers from them in future. When I move house I'll be eyeing up the sub next!”

“I ordered a Sonos beam and two Sonos One SL speakers, they were delivered quickly and were well packaged. The speakers sound brilliant and we’re easy to set up. I watched the Smarter Home sounds videos on YouTube before buying for info on the products.”

“It couldn’t have been easier to purchase, I did a lot of research and this was the cheapest place to buy it from, the online service couldn’t have been better a very fast turnaround from paying for it on line and a fast delivery service, couldn’t have asked for more,”

“Very efficient Company and delivered Sonos Arc within 3 days of supply. My only drawback is that they used a Courier Company called DHL who's tracking did not work. Furthermore, after I phoned DHL they were still unable to advise me tracking information. Luckily I was in my home when DHL's Sub-Courier arrived with my parcel.”

Hi Hugh, Thank you for taking the time to leave a review of your experience of shopping with us. I am sorry to hear that you experienced an issue with the delivery on this occasion. We take delivery very seriously as we do understand the expensive nature of the goods and we are continuously working with couriers to improve the experience and its reliability, as well as paying a premium for their tracking services. I have looked into this and can see the order was shipped on time but there was a universal down-time with the DHL tracking system at that time which meant tracking was not available for you for this order but I am glad to hear you were fortunately at home to receive the order. DHL have now fixed this issue so this shouldn't happen again in the future. Please note, we only use DHL for our finance orders as we are only allowed to use specific courier companies with this payment method. DPD is our normal courier of choice. “Absolutely first rate service. Had a problem with the fact that the new Arc blocked off the IR reader on my TV and as such the TV remote would only work with limited functions! Both Tom and indeed Jess responded immediately and recommended a “fix” with the use of an IR extender, even supplying the full “link” to the Amazon site. Bought same day installed the next! Brilliant what more could I ask? What use the company again if the occasion arises.”
