“I was interested in the Sonos Sub Mini but I wasn’t sure if I needed to use speaker spikes because my room is carpeted. I contacted SHS via online chat and in a very short time I was chatting to Amelia. Amelia was friendly, patient and knowledgeable. She suggested that I try the speaker without spikes because she knew lots of people who had the sub with carpets. I now have my Sonos Sub Mini and it took minutes to pair with my Beam 2. I have used Truplay and I am really pleased with performance. I am pleased that I found SHS to buy from. The price was excellent and there is a 6 year warranty. Put that together with excellent customer service and I know where to buy from in the future. Thank you SHS.”
