“Spending more time than planned in the garden this year already so thought it was time to invest in a Sonos Move. Ordered online and delivered within 24 hours. All the jobs on the things to do list now a lot more pleasurable with the Move at my side. Great service.”

“I contacted Smart Home Sounds to obtain a delivery date for a BlueSound Powernode 2i and communicated with Tom on the chat line. Tom was extremely helpful and my item (in short supply and potential issues because of COVID19) was ordered and delivered directly from the manufacturers at a good price. This company seems passionate about music and the staff are keen, dedicated and very pleasant. Recommended.”

“If only buying everything in a lockdown was this easy! Site was really easy, delivery was super quick and the product was great. Except I ordered Google rather than Alexa version. The team were great, incredibly helpful and informative and offered me a couple of routes to solve the issue that I created. I now have the speaker I meant to order and it's really awesome. Recommend the speaker and especially Smart Home Sounds. Thanks all!”

“I read a great deal online regarding Rega turntables. I also listened to a few in stores with different amps. Basically, I gathered info. My findings, and queries were simply and politely, confirmed/answered during a short typed chat wit one of the store experts. At no time was I hassled into going for a ‘pricier’ option as has been the case with other retailers. I thus ordered my new deck on Saturday afternoon, and received on the following Tuesday. It’s wonderful. So, all in, an exemplary online purchase experience. I strongly recommend Smart Home Sounds, and will be returning in the near future to upgrade my amp. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️”

“Excellent service from Smart Home Sounds, I was looking to trade in some of my legacy Sonos kit but was not 100% sure of my options. A quick conversation with SHS on their online live chat, and all my options were clearly explained, and an order with additional savings made. Order arrived in one working day and in a one hour time slot and all kit with a free 6 year Sonos warranty. Faultless service, highly recommended.”
