“What can I say - great customer experience - ordered pair of Sonos ones, delivered next day comes with 6 year warranty, emailed them up later and said found them cheaper elsewhere, they just refunded the difference no questions asked. Used there VIP service to get discount of pair of Sonos stands by phoning them and then requesting discount again no questions asked. Never had a smooth customer experience like this before. Would recommend them without any hesitation.”

“Even though busy, they managed to send my Beam and One SLs one afternoon to arrive the next morning. Unfortunately the courier messed things up and only the Beam arrived (the Ones turned up two days later). The six year guarantee is excellent and does provide peace of mind.”

“All good so far. I chose to part finance my purchase which was smooth and simple. The kit was delivered for no extra charge on a Saturday and everything does what it says on the box. Hopefully Ill never need the 6 year warranty but that played a big part in me choosing these guys over the competition.”

“Just bought two Sonos One SL's to add to my Sonos system I have four play 5's 1st and 2nd generation , two Play 1's, a Beam and the recent purchase brings it to nine all bought from Smart Home Sounds due to the excellent service they supply, loyalty discount and free next day delivery.
