“I found their Sonos instruction videos on YouTube really useful and the online chat I had with their advisor gave me confidence to place an order. The goods came next day and were a doddle to set up. I bought some more Sonos speakers from them within the week to extend my system. Very satisfied customer all round.”

“Product ordered arrived in great condition and at the best price I could find. The 6 year Sonos warranty is a huge bonus! unfortunately DPD messed up the next day delivery but it was still with me the next working day after ordering!”

“Second time I’ve purchased from SHS and second time I’ve been very impressed with price, service and delivery. The product is always going to be good (Sonos) but SHS price matched a Richer Sounds special, also offering 0% finance and free next day delivery. I used web chat to secure price match, they instantly sent me a code to use at checkout to bring price down. Really easy to deal with, very competitive and excellent service. Delivery is tracked with an hour time window. Really good”
