“First time purchaser from Smart Home Sounds. Used their Chat window to ask a question and had reply immediately. Dispatch details and progress systems good. Delivered next day in the one-hour window as it said in the text/email by considerate delivery driver Leon, who placed the Sub down gently (it weighs 16kg!) and rang the doorbell and waited for me. Nice polite exchange of goods and signature. All in all an excellent purchasing experience and I would certainly buy again from Smart Home Sounds when I want any more Sonos gear.”

“True to their Price Match promise, they beat the cheapest price I'd seen elsewhere for a Sonos Playbar. Delivery tracking was amazing also, everyone should do it.”

“Excellent. I ordered Friday afternoon and received and email stating delivery next day. Next day I got a message to say my delivery slot would be between 11.30 and 12.30h. At 11.33h the doorbell went and I got my speakers. Well packaged and just as described. Great service!”
