“Cracking service from the moment I checked out the website. Easy to follow information on products, great price and secure purchase. This was followed by clear support in terms of delivery and courier. This is the first time I have used Smart Home but based on this experience I will return and would fully recommended others to check it out. As for my purchase the Sonos Roam is absolutely brilliant and receiving lots of use when we spend time on our narrowboat.”

“I have never used this company before. I read some good reviews so I risked pre ordering a Sonos roam a couple of weeks before release. I did not expect to receive it on the actual release date but I did! The reason I ordered from smart homes sounds was the extended warranty of six years as John Lewis was two years and a delay on the pre order. Will definitely use again.”

“Sonos Masters! After discovering Smarthomesounds on YouTube. I have followed their Sonos videos closely. They are very knowledgeable in the Sonos product and that’s what helped me with the purchase of my Sonos Roam. The communication via email was good and my item was preordered and dispatched on time and arrived prompt. The product of course is amazing. I would definitely be shopping and recommending Smarthomesounds. Brilliant!!”

“Amazing sound in such a small portable Item! I am going on holiday (local UK) soon and wanted something light,sounds great and packs a punch! Also needes it for the shower! I can hear it clearly even with the water running....bliss! Also the 6 year warranty kicks ass too! Thank you”

“I’ve been watching Smart Home Sounds on YouTube for information about Sonos products and found the videos really informative. As a result of this I’ve now got a growing Sonos ecosystem and I bought the speaker mounts for my Sonos Ones from Smart Home Sounds. “I ordered a white Sonos Arc surround set on a Sunday but was confused about the delivery so sent an email to Smart Home Sounds very early the next morning. They replied before 9am and reassured me re delivery. I received numerous delivery updates and everything was delivered spot on time. I could not be happier with the Sonos system or the service. I wish more retailers were like these!”

“This is the third occasion I have purchased from Smart Home Sounds. The price has always been most competitive with the added bonus of a six year guarantee on Sonos products. Next day delivery with a one hour time slot. The staff are very knowledgeable on the products they sell and on occasions I’ve needed help they have been excellent. How John Lewis used to be!”
