“Purchase: Swift, competent and I was very pleased with the price. Delivery: Arrived on time in excellent packaging and a very friendly guy carting the boxes. Product: I expected the Sonos Play 5s and Sub to be excellent and they are; truly excellent! Not a lot more that can be said really. Delighted with everything! Well done to both Smart Home Sounds and Sonos.”

“I've now ordered a few Sonos products from Smart Home Sounds & the experience has always been 5 star. Sonos are quality but not cheap products and prices are very similar online, if you sign up for their newsletter they often provide a discount code which helps get the price down compared to the competition. Delivery experience is perfect. Always next day & given a 1 hour timeslot which saves any unwanted waiting in for your delivery. Always well packaged.”

Hi There, and thank you for your review and previous custom it is much appreciated. I have looked in to this for you as we take our delivery procedure very serious as it is a vital part of our business. I can see your order was placed on Friday and delivered on Monday. I have looked into why this was not sent on a premium Saturday delivery. Unfortunately as your order was under £150 it did not qualify for Saturday delivery, just free next working day delivery as stated on our site. As your order was so close to the required amount we should have contacted you or upgraded your delivery for free. As a result of this Smart Home Sounds staff have now been told to upgrade delivery's to premium Saturday delivery as standard when orders are placed on Friday if the amount was as close as yours. Sorry for any inconvenience but hopefully we can continue to offer better customer service by listening to our customers.

“Quick postage and they use a great postal service, lots of information and options to change delivery with a tap of a phone. Sonos play 1 themselves are great, for the size they sound really nice especially when paired in stereo. The ability to stream Spotify using the great sonos app is my reason for buying, it's simple but extremely effective.”
