“Smart Home Sounds made me happy by: 1) Customising a Black Friday deal for the item that I wanted; and 2) Helping sort out its courier, when an attempt to deliver to the wrong address initially led to the order being refused. But... I was not happy that Smart Home Sounds (marginally) beat its Black Friday offer the very next week (and for everybody). What kind of a loyalty discount was that!?”

“Excellent communication and delivery progress - only 1 downside, the packaging although the Sonos box was covered in bubble wrap and then outer bag, previous Sonos equipment I have purchased from Smart Home Sounds, the Sonos box was inside another cardboard box”

“Great product, at a very good price. Package arrived in perfect condition. Only let down slightly by the delivery which took 3 days and was not "next day 7 days a week" as advertised. 3 Days is still not long to wait but just longer than claimed.”

“4 days from order to delivery is not very good The products are great. I will use the company again in the hope they will deliver next day as they always have in the past”

Hi There, and thank you for your review and previous custom it is much appreciated. I have looked in to this for you as we take our delivery procedure very serious as it is a vital part of our business. I can see your order was placed on Friday and delivered on Monday. I have looked into why this was not sent on a premium Saturday delivery. Unfortunately as your order was under £150 it did not qualify for Saturday delivery, just free next working day delivery as stated on our site. As your order was so close to the required amount we should have contacted you or upgraded your delivery for free. As a result of this Smart Home Sounds staff have now been told to upgrade delivery's to premium Saturday delivery as standard when orders are placed on Friday if the amount was as close as yours. Sorry for any inconvenience but hopefully we can continue to offer better customer service by listening to our customers.

“Original Packaging disappointing - to the extent I thought I had been shipped a secondhand item - contents were ok. Packaging was ripped and put together with sticky tape Also next day delivery didn't happen, it came on the 2nd day”
