“If every company delivered goods in the same way as Smart Home Sounds the internet would be a better place to shop! Outstanding customer service form first contact through to receiving the goods. Smart home sounds do "what it says on the tin" No quibble price match, loyalty scheme discount,even though it was my first purchase, (Forget e-bay) pleasure to deal with, I would highly recommend to anyone and will be purchasing again, Oh and this Sonos stuff is top and well worth the money. Thankyou”

“Excellent service, I have ordered twice now and both times all items delivered next day and kept informed from the point the order was placed. In fact I had made a colour selection mistakes, which meant a couple of items didn't match. This was highlight to me by email within 30mins to confirm and allow it to be corrected before shipping. This is the first company who's service has to prompted me to write a review and for the right reasons.”

“Found Smart Home Sounds by chance, and so glad i did. Very friendly and helpful when i phoned for advice. Fast delivery service and 1 hour delivery slot very useful. Purchased our first Sonos product and its as good as advised it would be. Would purchase from here again.”
