“Made an absolute screw up when I was ordering & using the Interest Free Credit option & was wondering why it seemed to take a while, so I phoned to see if there was a reason as to why it was taking a while to even get a response so I called Customer Service & spoke with an extremely helpful lady & when I enquired about if I was eligible for the Credit but when she was walking me through my order & credit application, it took her approximately 2 minutes to tell me that I hadn't completed the application process & as soon as I finished the call I got straight back onto the website & actually completed the application this time & was accepted in the time it took to load the response page (which took slightly longer than the usual time to load & I was accepted instantly for a years free credit to finance a "Sonos Beam (Soundbar)" & there was also a FREE warranty extension of 4 extra years, so basically I have a system that is covered for 6yrs all in, which basically means that the price of £399 over 6yrs is cheaper than a £100 system over 9mths, I'd say that it's a bargain (even though it is £400). I'd most definitely use the company again. Keep up the good work folks. Thanx again, Mark-A”

“I ordered 2 Play 1s for my kids using the bundle offer and I have to say from start to finish the service has been outstanding. The product is superb and I wouldn’t hesitate to use Smart Home Sounds again. “I was interested in buying some Sonos products and I had a few questions. I sent an email enquiry and received a very comprehensive reply from Andrew answering all my questions in detail. I subsequently placed my order for next day delivery which arrived in the 1 hr time slot. I am extremely happy with Smart Home Sounds, their customer service and their extended Sonos warranty. I will not hesitate to recommend or use them again. Thank you very much.”
