“My expierience with SHS has been awesome! Purchased a pair of Sonos era 100 speakers, (brilliant by the way) A lot of hifi shops have a lot to learn from SHS....... Outstanding customer service, after sales and technical support. They are on a completely different level. Will definately use SHS again 11 out of 10 Keep up the good work. John.”

“Record player was at a better price with smart home sounds than anywhere else. Delivery was quick and smart home sounds kept me well informed with delivery progress throughout. “Products aside (which are top notch of course), the measure of a business is in how they treat their customers. As a newbie, I had lots of questions. SHS were prompt, courteous, patient, and gave me great advice. They even threw in a discount code! The next time I’m in the market for new equipment, I won’t be looking anywhere else.
