“Send proof of documents by Post eight days ago. Called yesterday they said not received the letter. But it'sfirst class mail. Send emails no response”

“My claim has been running for 3 weeks and I am no closer to solving my case. Also I was charged £59.99 for next day delivery but they have not bought the TV yet. And one more thing is they promiss to call me back and so far nobody has”
