“This was the first time /may be second .but I am quite disappointed with the service you are providing. I have been waiting for your service engineer to visit us since 8 .00 am and he hasn't arrived as yet. what a waste of whole day .I will definitely think twice about your poor quality of service. No phone call etc nothing as yet , now its 2;15 now . very disappointed Dear Mr Alan Finch sorry for all this trouble actually I had mistaken the ID and wrote such a bad comment. Actually that comment was made for sky . I am very sorry for causing bad reputation for your company. I will be very careful in future. your's sincerely Geeta”

“cannot really write a review as i only purchased for a year from 12th oct 2016 cover did not start until21st december2016 pay annually but find it a bit expensive being a pensioner and widow and dont want monthly payments as i am on limited income havnt needed to make a claim so cannot say whether good or bad”

“Excellent service. Claim settled the same day. Engineer was very polite just like lee from customer service. It would be a nice if you have an incentive just like British gas for recommending friends and family.”

“I have been with Smart Cover for my Sky HD BOX, Satellite Dish, Cabling and Sky standard remote control for two years now. The reason I am with them is because the policy is very pacific and covers all my needs. I have not used them for any faults as yet but I am sure it will be handled professionally. All the staff members I have talk with are very good and helpful. Regards Alex Stewart”

“I had an email to say I phoned and cancelled my insurance, WHEN YOU KNOW FULL WELL I DIDN'T. I think it was a ploy just to get me to phone you. Yes I owe 19.98 which I was going to sort out until I got a letter, not email sorry, Saying I cancelled my insurance. I have said on numerous occasions I have 2 children with disabilities I can't come to the phone most of the time. But you seem to phone every 5 minutes hounding me. You know I will be in touch at some point. Or you could just take out a double payment when due next. I'm not happy at all,”

“I did NOT make a purchase. I rang to say that I no longer needed the insurance cover as I have moved house and no longer have SKY TV. I was told someone would ring me to discuss it further, but no one has done so!”

“I insured my television and then my sky box with Smart Insurance.My main reason for doing this was the cost as Smart Insurance for both items was £10 my original insurer D & G wanted £10 just for the television.In actual fact I have this week received a letter from D & G telling me my television was getting older and pay £110 by direct debit to reinsure with them.As yet I have not needed a call out for repair so I cannot comment on this service.”
