Love purchasing my equipment from slims but you really need to sort courier , on the day my parcel was due to arrive I received a text saying fed ex was unable to deliver , which is rubbish as I was working all day in my unit which has a 20ft door onto the road, which was wide open and I couldn’t possibly be missed , then same happened again the next day , they also say they leave you a card to say they missed you , again rubbish as they didn’t , so still don’t have what I ordered , this is the first time so unfortunately if this doesn’t get resolved I will be forced to order elsewhere which is sad as I like using slims

Not overly impressed, postage was expensive for size of product. Box was about 50 times the size of the product. Would explain why shipping was so high. Discount code didn't work. Probably wouldn't use again.

Spring offer- I have spent £140 and it said on your website that I should have received FREE citrus power grime and bug remover. Didn’t receive that in my order.

Hi Patryk. The offer was on £30 spent on Auto Finesse products only. Unfortunately, the lance in your order is not an Auto Finesse product and therefore our system did not calculate your order as qualifying for a freebie. We apologise if this was not clear enough.

Good choice of products, but very slow delivery especially for £7.50 charge for two day delivery, now 5 days and no sign of delivery. Also ordered products from Gtechniq on same day with free delivery and arrived within two days. Not much technical knowledge as couldn’t answer on phone if snow foam bottle would fit PA lance as not heard of PA brand, will find out when order arrives. Also had £17 of points to use but can’t use with easter sale code which worked out better deal.

No issues with product but delivery service rubbish. Didn’t turn up on the day/time advised, someone waited in. Following day waited in again, nothing showed up. Parcel left with builders a few doors down!! Luckily they bothered to bring it round! Very poor!!

Good stock levels at a reasonable price, unfortunately, they use APC as their couriers who will not leave a package in a Brown Bin even though there are signed receipts accepting responsibility for the delivery inside. When I questioned Slim:s Detailing about this they stated it was because of the value of the order £138 Naw mate I had that week had a £600 MST intake delivered an AMG Wagner intercooler£2160 and several other items all left in that location and it is covered by CCTV, Also since Covid I have never had one courier refuse to leave a parcel

Offer new customers 10% off 1st purchase so you enter your details sign up for the discount order the item then it says this product isn't available for the discount? But its to late then because you get spam emails from everyone they have passed your details to. I'm sticking with auto finesse you dont get clowns there.

I am unsure what spam emails you are referring to as all customer information complies with our Privacy Policy & GDPR. You will only ever receive emails directly from Slim's, no other third parties. Placed 2 orders 2 days apart. The 2nd order arrived straight away but I’ve had no despatch confirmation for the 1st order. Called customer service who said it had been despatched and will chase the courier and get back to me but I’m still waiting. 5 stars for the 2nd order, 0 stars for the bigger and more expensive order that is now in no mans land..

Good choice of products and good prices, however, haven't received my order. Courier has been out for delivery since Friday, can't contact the courier on the weekend, can't rebook a delivery because they haven't even bothered to let me know they've took it back to the depot. Don't know where my order is, very poor choice of courier.

Wrong size, should write size of disk, not pad. Can not fit, because of the inside edges. Couldn't see it on picture

Delivery was fast. The product seems to have gone off or something as it is lumpy in the bottle! We usually source all products through our trade with AF but they were out of stock on this occasion.

Always the same problem with a courier, can't leave parcel when there is nobody in home... again and again... Collection in store is even worse, missing item's, can't replace them or no answer at all...

Hi, The discount code I was given from the company that detailed my car did not work. I thought the delivery cost was high and the reload bottle has no spray head supplied.

cannot provide proper review as yet, due to sub contractor used by APC for deliveries, who do not deliver when they say they will. great service by yourselves, but let down by your delivery company, If i was a professional detailer, i would not be happy.
