“Went on website to order Cherry flash wax for myself and son (1 each) but when got to ordering point it offered the option to order 1 Gallon. Thought his was a great price as I got 10% off for first order and free P&P. Great service, was delivered when they said on time, but I noticed the container had marked on it 1 US Gallon which is 0.79 litres less than a UK Gallon (that's almost 1 x 32oz bottle of polish that I was initially going to order) so not as good an offer as I thought. As the placed order didn't mention US Gallon, I automatically assumed living in the UK it was a UK Gallon ? I feel misinformed and ripped off to be honest. On the positive side the product is amazing and so easy to use (used it for many years now)”

“I had a couple of issues with my order. The first one was due to the courier DPD who didn’t pass on my comments to the driver in time, about leaving the parcel in a safe place, this resulted in me having to wait another day to receive my parcel. The second was to do with the packaging. I ordered a 5l tub of BH Autofoam, with numerous smaller items, and whilst the smaller items were well packaged in bubble wrap, the Autofoam was not. Consequently it was dinted, which although does not impact the quality of the product itself, was a little disappointing. On emailing Slim’s about these two issues, I got a very short reply, which also ignored my delivery issue. The impression I got was that they didn’t really care. I highly value customer service, and whilst my issues are admittedly a little picky, it’s dissapointing that very little empathy was shown.”

“Good delivery time and all products i ordered arrived however, the bottle of snow foam was open slighty and the seal was broken so it leaked in the bag.”

“I placed my order Saturday afternoon and didn’t receive it until Wednesday not a major but stated next day obviously wasn’t expecting it on a Sunday and like I’ve said before I think the products on your website would be easier to find/ browse if they were broken into more specific categories”

“I used Slims twice , the first went well and i received goods quickly although the second time i ordered on Thursday before 1pm and didn't receive goods till Monday.I needed the items for sunday, sent slims an email but they never got back to me , probably the last time ill use them because of this.”

“Quick delivery, good range of quality products! Received wrong size t-shirt, wished the customer service had of helped a little more rather than leaving up to me to decide what to to about the situation, didn't really offer many suggestions”

“Delivery service was excellent but purchases not as good very miss leading spent over 50.00 to get the January 15 percent off but once that’s taken off you pay for delivery so not so much odd 3.00 wouldn’t have ordered if I knew thsts all was off”

“Originally had problems logging in. But eventually that got sorted. Food range of products at what seem to becreasonable prices. Sadly can't comment on delivery or packing as parcel has not been delivered yet. I have a 'missed delivery card' though. Even though I was at home all morning and requested it be left at the back of the house if no one was in.”

“Was very happy with the service I received but one thing when I placed my order it said free uk delivery £50 or over but when checked out it charged £7.50 to get it even though I'm still in the uk so it should have said just mainland U.K.”
