“Received my order today, 1 box wasn’t delivered due to a leak, I emailed to chase up about what’s was going to happen as I haven’t heard anything but didn’t get a response so I phoned and explained, got told I didn’t email them! There was a Item on my order confirmation email but not in the box or even the invoice. I’ve emailed over my missing items with a picture of the invoice, I haven’t heard anything back, still unaware of when I’ll receive my missing items. Terrible communication skills. I will definitely not be using again !”

“Fast service , competitive pricing,but disappointing customer service .the member of staff was unhelpful ,and when asked about a technical question regarding (purchased) product, would only confirm what product was listed as As I write this DPD have confirmed delivery of product,but I think I have ordered a product not quite suited to my requirement. Item in question was over £550.”
