“Used Slims many times before and have always had great service. Unfortunately this time there was a delivery issue and my order had been lost by the courier. As usual they werent much help but Slims were straight on the phone once i'd raised the issue to try and come up with a solution. Can't ask for much more in this situation and it wouldnt put me off using them again.”

“Slims are great, they have been my go to online detailing store for the past few years. The only reason I leave 4* instead of 5* on this purchase is the delivery guy was a day late, no reflection on slims service though.”

“Really quick delivery, arrived well packaged and product was competitively priced. The only reason for not giving 5 stars is the foam that forms the cushion is not as firm as I would like and I think it will deform quite quickly with use...time will tell.”

“Generally good for my past orders. However gift cards should be sent in the post rather than couriered. This would be more environmentally friendly and much cheaper. It shouldn't cost £5 to post a gift card.”

“Prompt quick delivery, but the chemical guy’s honeydew bottle the seal had leaked(see picture) missing some product due to leaking out. The chemical guys watermelon bottle did not have a seal at all or so I thought then found it loose inside the cap itself. I have not used either product yet so unable to comment on the product itself Could be a shipping issue that has caused the honeydew bottle to leak. The watermelon bottle looks as if the bottle seal had been pulled or for some reason then placed in the the cap.”

“Really good website, easy to use and good prices however your delivery carrier doesn’t appear to give you the opportunity to opt for a safe place upon delivery. Once failed it was then difficult to navigate through the couriers website to get it to save your preferences for redelivery. Other detailing sites have a better delivery service and so this is off putting.”

“Thank you the package arrived quite quickly, though I think it had a hard time in transit, the was box badly damaged but thankfully no damage to the goods, thank you for your help and thank you to the nice lady in accounts who I spoke to. Regards, Doug.”

“I ordered a few items and received a couple of items incorrectly. As soon as I called up I was greeted with an apology and the issue was rectified and the correct items dispatched within a day. Top class customer service! The packaging that the items came in were of a really high quality! I would purchase again from Slim's.”

“Products are always keenly priced and packaged very well. Deliveries have always been on time with only one mix up on delivering to my home address rather than the work address. Other than this one small problem Slim’s have been my preferred retailer for car goods.”

“The reason for only 4 stars is APC courier. They failed to deliver on the first occasion, saying a signature was required. They came back two days later and left the package in the porch, as is normal these days.”

“Disappointed to receive my item which had been put over my 6 ft gate despite orange warning stickers on the box . Then on opening the package the item was not as expected. The image on the website was the one I wanted as this was for a gift . I did however check back in the site & had missed the message to say item might be different. Maybe the website should have updated pictures. I have now found the exact one else where. Thank you.”
