“I ordered a few bits from Slim’s detailing, all the bottles came brilliantly, no leaks and appropriately packed if there so happened to be a leak! I’m very impressed with the amount of effort which went into the packaging! Although that was all great, I unfortunately didn’t receive one of my items and it was substituted with something I wouldn’t use, although im sure with there great customer service this will be solved in no time at all!”

“Great products and service... only issue is they use APC as a courier which are just so behind the times. almost every other courier has an online system to ask to leave in a safe place, reschedule etc. Not APC they come out and there's no way to tell them you wont be there and there's no point. Probably will switch to another store as i can't cope with the rigmarole of chasing across the county to try to get a parcel. Please slims, change your courier to one of the 90% that works in the 2010s and not the 1980s!”

“Good quality stool well put together. Great value for money. However packaging was ripped and damaged. Also had to send email regarding when package was going to be delivered. Then I was informed package was being delivered the same day as my email. Package was supposed to be delivered 12.30-2.30 but came a lot earlier so missed it. It was delivered to a neighbor. But eventually I received my stool and very happy with it.”

“Very pleased with the service from Slims, however, the parcel delivery couriers they use let them down. My order was out for delivery on Wednesday and as no one was home at that time it wasn't delivered. To my knowledge, no attempt was made to deliver it to a neighbour, they don't deliver on a Saturday and it will be Wednesday now before I receive my order!”

“Products and prices are excellent as well as fast delivery. Only quibble (more observation) is that is it necessary to air pack/cellophane wrap everything considering the drive to reduce plastic usage- are there alternatives?”

“Hi i bought the Slim's Tornado Gun a few days ago, on arrival i was happy with the condition it had arrived in. The gun was perfect for the tasks at hand, worked really well so i were happy with that. One thing that could be added to this tool is the connector that screws onto the gun. I find that after purchasing an air compressor ( if not already having one ) then the gun, it seems a bit dissapointing when you cant just get started with the tool, as you then have to go out and buy this extra piece to complete the circuit as it were. It only costs between £1 and £2, but maybe you could buy them in bulk at wholesale price? Anyway other than that, brilliant gun cant fault it.”

“I have recently used the fabric hood cleaner and sealer. Application was straight forwards and the cleaner certainly helped to lift a considerable amount of grime. Hood has now hopefully got a new lease of life.”

“Arrived when they said it would however I only ordered 2 pads so could have been sent by royal mail, instead of DPD, and saved me some postage and also would have arrived on the Saturday for no extra charge.”
