Good selection of products and order arrived in good time. Disappointed that I have to pay 7.50 delivery to Northern Ireland even though it states orders over £50 are free to the UK. Last time I checked N.Ireland is part of the UK. Other company's deliver to N.Ireland at no extra charge.

Originally called and they were understaffed only having one member of staff to carry out all detailing queries. Expected a phone call back and never got one. Wanted to order over telephone and add to my order. So instead ordered through website and asking for something else I was interested In. Still no email or phone call. Got my item next working day which is acceptable but no telephone call and only got an email after sending another message on Facebook. To which I thought i wont bother any more.

Products good. Ordered over £50 for next day delivery because planned a day off to detail car, but delivery was a day late. Emailed to find out why but got no reply. Poor communication rather disappointing

Good product, slow delivery. Paid for next day on Thursday evening and expected it by Saturday. Rang them Monday and got told its next working day???? Know for next time not to waste their delivery cost

I paid, they say next day delivery, my account kept saying processing even on the day of the delivery. I contacted them via email, they informed me i would have it the next day again and gave me a APC tracking nunber which didn't work. It did turn up but had 2 invoices, so it must of been picked on 2 seperate days. Products are excellent, just poor communication.

Usually I give slims 5* but on this account it took 4 days for my delivery to come which was meant to be next day delivery. Had to go Halfords to pick up some products to see me through.

Would have been 5 out of 5 but £7.50 extra for postage to Inverness will probably prevent me from ordering again as other companies are cheaper for postage if not free. Shame as a good selection of products and fast service.

I placed an order on line which was my first order. Needed the equipment as had had a last minute request for a job. Waited the following day for the delivery only to find that it had been sent to my billing address and not my delivery address. No one was there so it was taken back to the depot and could not get it until the next day. Rang the contact line and the guy on the end sighed and just said 'They do these silly things sometimes.........sorry.' It didn't feel particularly sincere. The equipment however is excellent but the customer care on this occasion left a little to be desired.

Delivery courier is poor. Missed delivery so had to re-arrange. Courier could only re delivery on a weekday and the earliest was 4/5 days away. To collect they only open 9-5. Not great for someone that works full time. Too much plastic packaging so not very eco friendly. Nothing wrong with the products though.

Would be great to see changes to the delivery notification system so that sms messages are sent to provide confirmation of delivery date/time. Was also a little miffed not to have received a response in relation to an e-mail query regarding delivery (using the suggested enquiries@slimsdetailing.co.uk address) - not what I expect from Slim's

Ordered over £50 in products, as wanted free next day delivery. Unfortunately, items didn't arrive next day. Gentleman I spoke with was apologetic for delay. Was however disappointed that didn't get the products on the original day as had set time aside to use the products.

Good products at a good price. Wasn’t impressed with delivery though as all my items including the packaging where covered in a white powder. Also Microfibre towel covered in powder.

Great quick service,but this is the second time I didn't get my free air freshener that was offered with both orders i made. Did contact them about it the first time was told one will be sent out to me but it never turned up.

Ordered a glass cleaning cloth and liquid. Unfortunately the liquid didn't come as a spray but have been in touch and assured it will be in the post. Not used the product yet.

All the products I purchased in the Swissol starter pack were smaller in volume than I expected, particularly the wax - I thought I was buying the full sized tub, it turned out its the smaller tub (I didn't even know they did a smaller tub). Adding up the true cost of all the items, it would have been cheaper to buy them separately. Still that's my fault for not checking it thoroughly. You live and learn.

Purchased products i required. However i was unable to use discount code offered at point of purchase. I did mention this poinr of order but had no reply. May be a website issue. Products are good.

Just need to change to ‘proper’ DPD rather than DPD Local to be near perfect. I really like Slims, they carry most of the things I like and always have great service but they use DPD Local which means almost every delivery goes wrong and is hugely frustrating. Until they change to DPD ‘full’ I can’t really use them again and I’d not recommend them to anyone else, which is a huge shame as otherwise they’d get 5 stars from me.
