“I bought a couple of Bilt Hamber products, I’ve never used “detailing” products before, but both the Surfex HD and the Auto Wash are top drawer. Slim’s had great prices, a bit of discount on my first order, and lightening fast delivery. Package arrive very well packed and in perfect condition. The only thing I can find as a very slight negative is the parcel tracking. I’d have to use an app to track, that I’ve never seen or used before, rather than through my account. It would have been nice to have received an email to say my order had been dispatched. This is a minor niggle though.”

“A great selection of products with quick delivery. My order arrived on the 2nd day after purchase. Good packaging. Only downside was not having any updates or easy access to knowing where the parcel is or its delivery date.”
