“Fast service, very efficient. Postage too expensive. Have an option for a cheaper standard delivery that could take upto a week. I was in no rush for my order x”

“I’m a big fan of Slims. There always the first place a check for all my detailing needs and I can’t remember the last time I went anywhere else. Tiny gripe with this last order in that the delivery details weren’t updated online so I wasn’t sure it had been dispatched. Quick and pleasant call cleared that up but updating it would have saved us both the call.”

“I'm new to the trade, I found Slims prices very competitive. Best prices online that I could find and all items where in stock which was great. I found the website basket and Wishlist would randomly empty when making amendments, it did this 3 times with over 60 items on my list, I found this very frustrating, I ended up writing all the product codes on a separate spreadsheet just in case it happened again. Items where well packed and delivery was next day, I didn't get my welcome pack though, hopefully it will follow on.... I would defiantly use them again.”

“Fast delivery and good choice on the website. However so much packaging! My products (not really fragile...) were packed in a carton within a carton + air cushions everywhere. That’s too much waste !!”
