“We have just returned from a weeks stay at Beaverbrook Barn and I have to say it was first class in every respect. The owner of the property met us when we arrived and could not have been nicer and more helpful.”

“Lovely house with everything to keep a family amused. However, being critical there was an easy chair downstairs showing signs of wear, broken floor tiles. (One wonders how people manage to break floor tiles!) and a chipped glass. Nothing major. However, the downstairs bedroom window was warped and difficult to close making security an issue. The grounds are wonderfully kept, and the house very clean and the pool also.. The situation is unique and a truly peaceful setting. We very much enjoyed our long weekend and would have given five stars but for the niggles, all of which could easily be rectified.”

“Excellent house and facilities. Our group (all retired) thought this was the best house we have stayed in. Every bedroom fully ensuite, comfortable beds with the option for singles or super kings. Wonderful swimming pool and hot tub. We had fantastic weather and a great holiday. Very helpful owner.”

“Fantastic house with everything you could ever need and more. The owner was always at the end of a phone should you need anything. The pool was lovely and the kids enjoyed swimming. The garden area is perfect for games and other activities.”

“We all had a fabulous time there. Swimming in the lovely pool. Relaxing in the hot tub and chatting in the sauna . Everything was as we would have wanted .”

“Lovely house. Had everything you would want for a family holiday. Swimming pool was great. The children loved it. Also the garden and play equipment. We had a lovely time and the weather made it extra special”

“Everything from start to finish was perfect as it has been three times before this booking. The property itself Ham Bottom had everything a group of friends needed to celebrate 2 40th Birthdays,2 60th Birthdays and a wedding. We had an AMAZING time in an AMAZING house😎”

“A wonderful sunny week in Somerset staying in West Bagborough in Sleeps12 properties Cockercombe and Ramscombe; perfectly situated for our many walks and visiting some of the delights of the area. The properties are ideal for large groups, they were clean, tidy, well equipped, roomy and comfortable. The pools were an added bonus at the end of long walking day and the 'games' around the properties, a great way to have some fun and laughs. Our caretaker Helen was very friendly, helpful and informative. I would highly recommend using Sleeps12.com, these are my 3rd properties I have used through the company and they haven't disappointed.”

“Fuzzy Orchard was the perfect rural retreat for our family. We loved every minute of our week there and would love to return some time soon. The house was gorgeous- everything we needed - and the owner was brilliant. A genuinely lovely fella who was there for us when we needed him and went above and beyond! Everything was 5 star - the beautiful house, the pool, hot tub, sauna, grounds - all perfect!! Highly recommended to anyone after a luxury break in the West Country. Thank you Sleeps12.”
