“Beautiful place that had all the mod cons. Stunning underground hut and views. They have thought of everything to make your stay as good as it can get. Had great fun in the pool and jacuzzi. Would stay there again !”

“From the start sleeps 12 were great. Any queries I had they were answered straight away. Also a lot of great properties on the website and the one we stayed in certainly didn’t disappoint.”

“We have just returned from our stay at The Plough at Bradford on Avon. This was originally booked for 23 of us, all family, for my Dad's 80th birthday celebrations in January 2021. We couldn't go due to lockdown so had to re-schedule for this year. Sadly my Dad suddenly passed away in December (not covid related) & were unable to cancel or re-schedule without losing the money....over £3000. We therefore all decided to go & was glad we did. The Plough is absolutely stunning with 11 en-suite bedrooms, a bar, hot tub, pool table & fully equipped with everything you can think of. It may not have been the weekend we had originally planned but everything was perfect. I have received the £750 security deposit back this morning without any issues & would definitely return in the future, thank you.”

“I can not fault this company. After having to postpone due to the lockdown last year, Sleep12.com made it easy to transfer our weekend away to the following year. All of the customer services people I have spoken to about enquiries for my weekend have been extremely helpful. The property we stayed at was a 10/10. Would definitely use this company again.”

“We hired Pitmaston House to celebrate my 75 th birthday it was fantastic, very comfortable, hot tub was super even has good takeaways and restaurants nearby and a visit to Worcester Cathedral is advised. A special mention about Becky the house manager she could not do enough to make our weekend a success Recommend Pitmaston House”

“Extremely professional company to deal with right from the initial booking. It was no trouble to answer multiple questions about the property we booked or to obtain different details from the owners. Simone especially was always pleasant and efficient. Due to Covid we changed/downsized from a very large property to one half the size and Sleeps12.com could not have been more helpful. The property we eventually booked was immaculately clean and of a very high standard. We would certainly use Sleeps12.com again and highly recommend them.”

“Have stayed at several houses now with family. Every stay has been perfect and we always leave wanted to book the next one . Staff at sleeps 12 always easy to get hold off and any issues quickly sorted. Owners of all property’s always been a pleasure to deal with. Thanks again”
