“Although i think Sleeps12 is a very good service, the only complaint i have is the time it takes to redeem the damage deposit that is required on bookings, surely the money should be transferred back to the customer the day after leaving the property after all the property is prepared for the next customer the day they leave. The longer it takes to get it back, the chances of Sleeps12 missing out on a booking get more likely.”

“Really good service, and easy to deal with. Sent handy reminder emails when items were due for payment. The property we stayed at was impeccable. And loved that there was a good list of things to do nearby, activities that we could bring on-site, and floor plans for the property. Would definitely use Sleeps 12 again.”

“Good website and booking process. I'd suggest that there could be more involvement from the owners or information about local services. I asked an operative for details about taxi firms in the area and was told to Google it. As an acoustician, I also think that the disclaimers surrounding noise and noise monitors is a little over officious and can lead to some amount of anxiety pre-stay. The owners were much more relaxed about noise than the website suggested. I also couldn't see any trace of a noise monitor in the kitchen as advertised, and regardless, would suggest that this wouldn't be the correct place to install one to monitor disturbance to nearby residents.”

“We stayed at Jurston Barn for my Mum’s 60th birthday celebrations and had the best weekend. The barn was perfect with everything we needed. The pool, hot tub and pool table were an added bonus. Would definitely recommend!”

“We had a great family holiday at Riverside. A very spacious house with every amenity both inside and outside. Lovely location on the river bank, perfect for sundowners with the swans. Very helpful host who went the extra mile to provide what we needed. Easy booking and speedy return of security deposit. Thankyou.”

“Wow! What an amazing house and gardens, set in a beautiful part of Somerset. We enjoyed all the facilities the house had to offer and had the most relaxing week. It was so good to spend quality family time together. We loved the open plan living area, the decor was light and airy, and sinking into the bath and looking and the gorgeous view was just pure luxury. We had a wonderful time and would love to return another time.”

“Churchill 20 was an outstanding property. The photos on the website do not do it justice. The views from the balcony are stunning and suited perfectly a group of 4 families with teenagers but could easily accommodate more. The games room and pool area were a huge hit and the enormous cinema/sitting area was perfect for 'singstar' competitions in the evening. The rooms and bathrooms are exactly like in the photos - clean, modern, comfortable and with huge amounts of space. Facilities such as the wine fridge, ice maker and multiple fridges, freezers, dishwashers were all used! Electric car charging was extremely easy - I paid for it as an extra online, and Antony enabled it on arrival. The ability to configure rooms and pay for extras on the Sleeps 12 website was really easy. Antony the owner was really friendly and helpful and only minutes away. We had Kitchen Garden Somerset, Private chefs cater for the entire weekend and Brian Bland outdoor pursuits come to the property for laser clays and archery competition. Highly recommend both companies.”
