“The online service was at it should be, i.e. you order something and they deliver it. There really isn't much more to add. What was very good was the in-store advice I received when I went in to complete my skateboard build. I had a very productive, very collaborative conversation with all three of the guys working in the shop that day, who also took the time to listen to my thoughts, given that I'd done an awful lot of research myself before visiting. When we'd agreed on the best components for my needs, the guy who assembled my board took me through the assembly process as he was doing it, so I learned something there as well. I left a very happy, very satisfied customer.”

“Delivered on time and exactly when they said it would come. The tracking app SHOP isn't the best but it does keep you updated. I brought a deck, trucks, risers and griptape. Honestly fell in love with my build once I put it together. Great shop, need more size 12 shoe variety though haha”
