“Always good to buy from Slam City, online is delivered quickly and in great condition, and in shop they're a good bunch of lads. As a 50+ year old skater I also appreciate the fact that Slam City have been at the core of the skating scene since I started in the late 80s, so this is the shop I buy from when my local skate shop doesn't have what I want.”

“I had a exchange or returns issue which was bothering me. I bought a skate deck which I wasn't 100% happy with because the colour varied from my favourite colour and the deck width was just slightly larger than my ideal width. The Slam City team dealt with my exchange promptly and efficiently. The right colour was sent back to me and they had stock available in the ideal width I needed l. The Slam Team are always good at responding to my emails in a timely fashion. They offered information or advice when I had a question about products on their fabulous, user-friendly website.”

“Entered a raffle for a pair on sneakers and won. The process was faultless. Although I had to send them back as they were slightly to small for me. I have autism and was worried about the process of the return but I emailed them my concerns and they got back to me straight away putting any worries aside. They were super helpful and I definitely will be purchasing again in the future. Great store!”
