“I'm a disabled pensioner who originally phoned for help and guidance; your assistant was quite unhelpful, didn't know what I was talking about and simply referred me to your web site to select what I wanted from a picture. Waited 3 weeks for two (quite expensive) blinds to arrive and they wouldn't fit the interior contours of the window frames. Called for help and was asked to send photo after photo with measurements, all of which carried on for a week. I repeatedly asked to speak with a manager or the "boss" and all was denied. Finally I gave up and called a local window fitter/carpenter who made physical changes to the wooden frames to enable fitment of the blinds. That cost me an additional £200. Would I ever use your firm again - NO. Would I ever recommend your firm to others - NO. Very disappointed and extremely frustrated with the whole scenario.”

“We bought a tension blind for a small flat skylight. The product is well priced but you get what you pay for. Quality is ok, not great but it works! The pole that you open and close it with is large and clumsy but does the trick.”

“I'm sure everybody who buys blinds online worries about whether the end result will fit. I measured about ten times and discussed the details with the helpful Jake and Naomi at SkylightBlinds until we were sure they were right. But unfortun ately my blinds (Blefa, a defunct brand) had a sting in the tail. The handle was so positioned that the blind just could not close. When I told Naomi, she immed iately and without any quibbling refunded the full purchase price, that same day, even though it was a custom blind and by their terms of sale, they were no obl iged to! So be assured that this company's customer service is beyond reproach and they will look after you.”

“After a bit of a communication issue at ths very start of my query I can't fault the process after this, I initially phoned up to make sure I was going to order the correct size & type I wanted,the person I dealt with was very helpful & my two new loft window blinds came within a few days, they were very easy to fit & work brilliantly, quality looks really good too, I would definitely recommend to anyone.”

HI there so sorry I hope all is sorted now?

“The blind itself is ok however the instructions included are useless. Your website states that there are instructional videos on you tube however these are for blinds for windows and not a flat roof skylight. What should have taken 20 minutes to fit took over 3 hours . Not impressed.”

“Blinds are good but the instructions to mount the side profiles are very poor. Plus no fixings and the sticky tape dosent hold it needs to be screwed”

Hi there sorry for any misunderstanding but the tape is just meant to hold for 30 seconds or so whilst you are using the screw driver to put in the screws these blinds need screws to stay up not just tape. Thanks Naomi ps I will take a look at the instructions as you said they are difficult to understand and I will make this bit clearer. Sorry about the issue

“The people I spoke to were very helpful and were able to resolve problems with measurements. After I had ordered and paid for the blind they told me that I would be kept informed of progress which unfortunately I wasn't. The only information I got was from DPD to say that my blind would be delivered on 11th July, which it wasn't. I am now more than £100 out of pocket with no resolution”

So sorry Mary The blind was going to France to your neighbour's house which according to GPS from DPD was delivered. The signature was illegible so as a goodwill gesture we offered to do a remake. I am so sorry that remake has got stuck in the computer system somewhere and has not been dispatched yet. Apologies again The remake should leave by the end of next week and you should have it the week commencing 31st July. I am so sorry for all the inconvenience.
