“Ordered some blinds some 6 months ago and have been really impressed by them. Sadly we damaged a part on the blinds through our own fault. “The package arrived on time and in good condition on the appointed day. Working from the instructions and video I unpacked everything and looked for the orange bag of fixings. There were two orange bags with complimentary items which were welcome but no fixings. I found them eventually more or less hidden in the bubble wrap. I wonder why the instructions say look for the orange bag when no bag is put in the package? Assembly was easy but the first trial of the motor was not successful and Naomi's assistance was required to reset everything. Installation was straightforward but if you are not young and strong as in the video you may need three people. Mine was 1.5 x 2.5m and the blind box was very heavy and working at height adds difficulty. I also recommend using a laser measure for all measurements for accuracy. Steel tapes or whatever are not good enough to check parallels and squareness. Initially the blind was a bit uneven but the temperature was very low and once the sun shone the material tightened up considerably. Overall we are very pleased with the quality and service particularly from Naomi who has the patience of Job and an encyclopaediac knowledge of her subject. I had discussions about the orange bag, why the shelf frame has to be installed a minimum of 100mm from the lower edge of the opening (it doesn't) and why wall fixings are not provided (they don't know the nature of the mounting surface) or even mentioned (would save a lot of hassle over the contents of the orange bag and whether it contained all the fixings for the installation). But nit picking aside this was a 5 star job and we should have done it long ago”
