As technology and window fashions have changed so have we and we also now cater for windows with White frames and also hard to reach windows that require motorised solar powered roof blinds. Not to mention our new motorised horizontal skylight blinds that fit large expanses of glass such as Lantern windows.

“Do not use this company. I bought blinds that don't fit because hidden in one of the 9 emails they've sent since I ordered them is information that extra lips are added. They can't help any further and the advice I was given was just to saw off the extra bits. I'll be sticking to blindsdirect.co.uk as I've never had an issue with them. Shocking. Obviously if they reply to this it will say that they gave all the information, but 9 emails (and still going) for 1 product, who is actually going to read all of that.....”

Hi Michael as per our previous emails, I am so sorry but you did not read any of the measuring or fitting information regarding the bespoke product you bought. We offered to make you a remake at 50% discount which you refused. I am really sorry but in this case I don't think we have done anything wrong. Kind regards Naomi

“Our windows are old Roto models however the correct blinds were relatively easy to identify and order. They were delivered in good time and fitting was straightforward. My only niggle is that the blind does not come down all the way leaving a small slither of light at the base.”

“Ordered some blinds some 6 months ago and have been really impressed by them. Sadly we damaged a part on the blinds through our own fault. I contacted customer service with intent on buying the replacement part but sent it out free of charge… I received them before I had seen the email. Fantastic service thank you!!!”
