Here at Skylightblinds Direct we are the EXPERTS IN OUR FIELD.

Having manufactured blinds for 10 years and selling blinds online for over 15 years we have honed all of our resources into becoming the go to company, the “Experts” in everything Skylight Blinds related. Our dedicated factory manufactures our own brand blinds so suit all window makes and models. These include VELUX ®, Keylite ®, Dakstra ®, Fakro ® and Roto ® blinds to name but a few.

WE MOVE WITH THE TIMES! As technology and window fashions have changed so have we and we also now cater for windows with White frames and also hard to reach windows that require motorised solar powered roof blinds. Not to mention our new motorised horizontal skylight blinds that fit large expanses of glass such as Lantern windows.

Our blinds are made right here in the UK. Our dedicated factory manufactures up to 1000 skylight blinds per day and adhers to the strictest testing and quality control.

“Had it for almost a year now. Instructions on website were clear on how to measure. To begin with I wasn't sure if roller or concertina blinds would be more appropriate for us, but a couple of email later and the pros and cons of each (relevent for what we wanted to do) made the decision easy. Delivery was straightforward with robust packaging. As suggested we constructed and tested it flat on the floor, before installing it. No issues. The trickiest thing for us was getting the measurements correct to allow for the frame depth as we were mounting it diagonally - definitely a case of measure 16times, cut once! Overall I'm very happy and it's made a surprisingly big difference to the room.”

“Really easy to order - good quality and better value than a lot of other places. The only thing I wish I'd done is considered the fact the skylight is high, so opening and closing a non-electric blind is tricky. Maybe a reminder on the webpage would be beneficial, to say when ordering 'for blinds you cannot reach manually, consider electric' be good for your sales too! ;-)”

“I moved in to a house with a Velux loft window, which didn't have a blind. I ordered an insulating one off of here, with the given windows specification name, and got exactly what I wanted- it fit perfectly, has definitely kept the heat up in winter and blocks all light out if I need it to. Very happy with it. It's hard to trust testimonials nowadays because of astroturfing, so I'm always skeptical when buying stuff online. The site could probably do with updating-- it doesn't exactly inspire trust-- but they ultimately came through.”
