“Didn’t resolve the issue with delivery and refund. They take so long to respond”

Anonymous, Thank you for your review. We acknowledge your claim regarding a missing parcel. Despite your original parcel being successfully delivered, we offered you a replacement, which you accepted. However, you subsequently attempted to return the replacement for a cash refund under the original parcel number. As previously mentioned, this action is against our policy, as the replacement was offered to resolve this matter amicably and is not subject to return. We ensured that any queries were addressed in a timely manner. The timeframe provided in our correspondence aimed to manage your expectations and has not been exceeded.
