“By less waiting time in the airport at arrival ( I had to wait more than an hour! ) . The transfer itself was good. And the pick-up time exact.”

Dear Mark, Thank you for your feedback. Unfortunately, as you are aware, our transfer for you was impacted as a result of a 6 hour delay of your flight. As with all cases of flight delays or other unforeseen circumstances we will go out of our way to transfer our customers safely and in a timely manner. However, in a few exceptional cases and unfortunately with your particular transfer, this proved to be impossible. An offer of a shared transfer (as opposed to your private option) was provided but again due to our schedule was unacceptable to your plans. We are disappointed that we were unable to provide an alternative option for you and after 4 years of providing your transfers it is equally disappointing to read that you will no longer use our services. We hope at some point you will reconsider. Thank you again Mark for taking the time to provide your feedback and if you would like to discuss further please feel free to contact our office.

“Transfer was good from Geneva to Morzine but return was a cock up. Waited for over an hour and when I called was told that the driver said he had tried to pick me up and that i'd made other arrangements! Pretty weird to be honest, but got there in the end and made the flight which is the main thing.”

Dear Jim, Thank you for taking the time to respond with your feedback. We are sorry that there was a misunderstanding with your departure. With every transfer we make we can track each of the stages, from booking, to scheduling to assigning your driver. We can also track the progress of the transfer journey. Unfortunately, in this instance, there is no indication of why there was a delay. We are aware that you were experiencing issues with your phone and as a result, we ensured we e-mailed you your pick up time (as requested). During the Winter season we are on the end of the phone 7 days a week, 24 hours a day and I hope that once we were aware of the problem we were able to react quickly and it’s good to read that we were able to transfer you to the airport in time for your flight. Thank you again Jim for your feedback and again we are sorry for the delay in your departure.

“Great company. Have used them numerous times. Completely recommend. Drivers are very polite, friendly and drive appropriately to the weather conditions. My brother in law's flight was delayed last year and they picked him up later in a separate transfer. No problems. Just phoned and they sorted it out.”

“The pick ups and drop offs were very punctual and not a problem. However, the comfort of the mini bus was terrible with very limited legroom and far too many cases etc being crammed in (even over the heads of the very rearmost passengers). This made for very uncomfortable journeys, which did not feel safe!”

“We have used you for years and recommend you to all family and friends using our apartment. . A few have changed to a cheaper transfer. . One family were upset because they changed venue due to lack of snow in Les gets and had no refund from you BUT I understand your position and am not sure how far in advance they asked you. . The only request we have is to ask you to put your contact number on your stand at geneva - you may well have done that ! . We find you and your drivers exceptionally helpful and friendly and hope you don't mind the above comments . We shall certainly keep using you Thanks to everyone !!”

“As we have our own appartement in Les Gets we regular use your transport service already for a long time. It would be very much appreciated if we, as a loyal customer, could get a discount on the price! Pick - up time is always good but the waiting time on the airport for shared transfer is sometimes much too long (over an hour)”

Our flight was delayed by more than 4 hours, so we arrived at Geneva Airpot at about 10:30 pm, but our Skiidy Gonzales rep was still waiting, cheerful and full of chat, which was great after such a bad start! Our return was uneventful, but again our rep was on time, the drive was very straightforward and comfortable. Would definitely use again, and recommend to others.”

“Ce qui serait encore mieux : c'est que le chauffeur puisse faire déscendre les passagers sur son chemin parfois, car en discutant avec les autres passagers, beaucoup devait déscendre avant l'aeroport, et toujours sur le chemin du conducteur bien sûr. Mais certainement que le réglement est le réglement...”
