“Hi - service broadly very good HOWEVER it's really important to clarify and communicate in advance which Geneva terminal is to be used for pick-up and drop-off. On arrival (20/1/19) like every other past year with you, we made the 10+ minute shuffle with bags from the overflow winter T2 to T1 only to wait for the minibus to come round from T2. The bus had never been at T2 before and we didn't see the driver. The drop off was in reverse (26/1/19). The driver was initially adamant our flight was T1, but when I pressed her to check on arrival she agreed it was T2 but could not take us there from T1. Something about timings and access.There were no passengers flying from T1 on the bus. The walk is a real hassle uphill followed by a long wait for security in a hanger. Hotel drop-off and collection good and the driver was chatty and nice apart from the refusal to go to the correct terminal!”

“It does what it says on the tin! Come out of arrivals at Geneva turn left look for the sumbrero’s head down to waiting area, 1/2 hour wait and your away, friendly and helpful drivers, text you day before you return with time of pick up and pick you up on time, works for me!”
