Skiidy got us to and from the resort OK. That said, there were a few problems relating to their attitude toward being sued. They seemed paranoid about it. When we gave them our preferred collection time for our return, they INSISTED on collecting us at an earlier time. The earlier time gave us serious logistical problems and may well have involved significant cost for us. When challenged on this, they would only agree to our preferred collection time if we signed a disclaimer releasing them for all liability in case we missed our flight.

We understand that many of our customers have a preferred option on what time they would like to be picked up for their departure flight. Experience has taught us to take into consideration factors such as traffic, weather conditions, airline and airport requirements and any exceptional circumstances and as a consequence we have refined our schedules accordingly. On saying this we will do our utmost to be flexible and try to accommodate our customer’s requests. With this in mind we also have to present any concerns if we believe that the pick-up time could potentially have an impact on reaching the airport on time. Ultimately, it is our responsibility to ensure our customers reach their destination safely and on-time. There will be occasions whereby our customer will make the decision and in this case we will always ask for a signed disclaimer accepting responsibility for this decision. I hope that you understand our customer model is based on overall satisfaction and a large part of this is reaching their destination on time. We hope that this provides an explanation to our decision-making and also reassurance that we endeavour to provide the best possible service to our customers in all circumstances. Skiidy were really flexible, have friendly drivers, good support staff and lots of services. They were accommodating when we had to pop back to the airport (forgotten passport) and got us on a bus within 20mins of calling. The buses are new and our driver(s) were safe tough conditions. Best transfer company I've used from Geneve.

The only reason you didn't get a 5 was that are driver dropped us in the wrong location which meant we had to roll are cases up a ski slope to are hotel! He said that it was the closest point we discovered it wasn't ? And on are return journey got picked up outside are hotel👍

When you read enough reviews about the airport transfer companies, you can't fail to come across people who have had bad experiences and worst of all missing flights due to one reason or another. Well my experience of Skiidy was excellent. The hat and well located desk made finding you on arrival at GVA airport really easy. The transfer excellent. The day before our departure, I received a text confirming pick up time the next day which was bang on time and got us back to the airport in plenty of time. If I was being hyper-critical, the return bus was very full with not much room but for only 90mins transfer, I would much rather have the confidence of knowing that I was booked with such a well organised and well run service. I would definitely use SkiidyGonzales again and have no hesitation in recommending them.

Very prompt & courteous service. They were very accommodating even when my luggage was lost and I had to wait for it. Drivers were very nice and professional. The vehicles were also comfortable and clean.

We were not able to find the bus driver at Geneva airport. Then once we did, she walked so fast that we (with 2 kids) couldn't keep up and lost her a few times before we finally reached the bus. The driver gave no information about the journey whatsoever. The driving was so terrible - much too fast and rough steering especially once we reached the mountains. The driving was so awful that my daughter vomited all over. The driver didn't have any towels or paper napkins. We used our clothes to clean up my child and the seats. Thankfully the other passengers were kind and had a trash bag with them for our clothes and in case she got naueseous again. The return trip back to the airport was smoother.

Dear Jessica, Thank you for taking the time to respond to our request for a review and raising your concerns regarding your transfer with us. We are sorry that your experience was unpleasant and for your daughter to be unwell, not a great way to start your holiday. Arrivals into the airport can be stressful with many passengers being guided onto various transfers and with 2 children in tow this can add to the stress of the situation. On saying this, we will focus on our training to our drivers to ensure their dealings with our customers are positive from start to end. Unfortunately the combination of mountain roads and our largest bus in our fleet can have an impact on the passengers, especially to children. We do try to recommend wherever possible that children are seated as close to the front of the bus as possible as this can allay some of the travel sickness. We also carry sick bags for these occasions but fully take on board that we should also have paper towels in the event of an accident and we will take this suggestion forward. We are happy to read that the return transfer with us was much smoother. We endeavour to provide the best possible service to our customers and always strive to react to improve all aspects of the overall customer experience.
