“The transfer to resort was fine, but the transfer from resort to airport was dangerously full with luggage packed into the aisles and around the passengers, thereby wedging us into the seats and with no legroom for my 6ft 2in frame, made for a very long and cramped journey and I felt dangerously overloaded.”

Dear Mel, Thank you for your feedback and we are sorry to hear about your departing journey especially considering your safety concerns. As a company rule, safety should never be compromised considering the industry we operate in and we will consult the driver of the situation. Having looked into the schedules, the driver has noted that other passengers on your journey had appeared with more luggage than declared. Nonetheless, we will look into how we can ascertain this information from clients even further than our current protocol. Bonjour Sabine Merci de prendre quelque minutes pour nous donner des reseignments sur votre voyages avec nous. It est décevant d'entrendre que vous avez senti que vous n'avez pas reçu suffisamment des resignements à l'avance pour vos aider dans le salle d'arrivees à Geneve. Nous vous avons vous envoyé un email qui a été envoyé le 2/1/17 18:47pm qui comprend des informations sur la façon d'afficher/imprimer vore réservation. C'est la que toutes les resignements d'arrivée sont données. Notre personnel de l'aéroport le jour a noté que vous etes partis dans les 60 minutes de l'atterrissage, qui est dans nos promesse pour les transferts partagés. La zone Prodains est hors du Morzine-centre, donc il serait donc normal de déposer les clients Morzine-centre avant de passer à Prodains. Mais encore, nous sommes désolés si le service n'a pas répondu a vos aspirations. Nous sommes contents d'entredre que vous étiez plus heureux avec le transfert de retour. Nous pouvons vous conseiller de prendre un transfert privé pour votre arivée si vous prenez des transferts avec nous à l'avenir. Vous quitterez l'aéroport immédiatement, et vous etes deposé directement à votre logement sans s'arreter. Je reste à votre disposition Cordialement The Skiidy Team

“Yet again we used Skiidy Gonna les for our Les Gets transfer. We chose this time to use their "shared transfer". The journey was fine though the transfer was very full. Only niggle was that, knowing the mini bus was full , they couldn't accommodate our luggage. The problem was resolved by the company but a little bit of forethought would maybe have avoided the blip. Can't fault the company. You can't miss the sombreros. We will be using them again next year.”
