Not having a computer I found it hard to get the tickets as I gad to download the app, then download a pdf app that would open it and then I can't even get them until the end of may..right hassle it was

8 minutes booking out time was not enough time when using PayPal, due to which I ended up with 2 pending payments on my bank funds for a week and tied up £124 for a week

I joined the waiting list for a sold-out event hoping to be notified if any tickets became available, but unfortunately I never received any updates. I ended up checking Skiddle directly and managed to grab a ticket myself, which I’m really pleased about! Just a bit disappointing that the waiting list didn’t come through, as it felt a little redundant in the end. Otherwise, happy I got a ticket in the end!

Venue and acts amazing .but food and drinks prices are just way ott .and the fact of after entrance fees are more than enough for it to be profitable you cannot take your own is a joke

Booking was unnecessarily painful. The event is a performance for children which is repeated throughout the day. Skiddle doesn't seem to have been designed with this sort of event in mind.

Wasn’t allowed to return a ticket when I had accidentally bought two ( I know that’s my fault). Customer service was very hard to reach. Very unhelpful that I couldn’t return the ticket or even put it up for resell. Wasn’t be able to fully enjoy the event since my budget is less now

Can’t fully comment yet as I don’t actually have a ticket!! Apparently have to go back to Skiddle site the day before event and download ticket! This seems very clunky and given there was an extra 0.75 charge for rapid booking- can’t remember the exact phrase I’m not overly impressed. I don’t want to download an app for one event so I don’t think it’s that user friendly. Hoping I can get the ticket ok for the event 🤞

In order to combat ticket touting and unauthorised duplication of tickets, you may notice that your Rapidscan barcodes have been suspended. ​ This is done by the event organiser and not Skiddle. Skiddle are unable to release your tickets to you any sooner than the date and time stated under your order. Please check when your ticket(s) can be downloaded. This can be up to 1 day before the event. There are many different ways in which you are able to access your tickets. You can locate your order using our handy order finder tool in which you have the ability to resend your confirmation email (https://bit.ly/3WmjLTr). I booked 4 tickets for boyzlife and they are in three different places, I wouldn't of booked if I new that, didn't know what seats I had until I got my email afterwards

Why am I paying almost £15 in booking fees. This is outrageous and archaic. Especially since it was me doing all the work and the tickets are sent directly to my email. Honestly, it has put me off booking further events with you.

Hi Melissa, Thank you for your feedback. A booking fee is added per ticket and is calculated as a percentage of the face value. It's always displayed before you add any tickets to your basket. This is a set time limit so that purchasing tickets is fair for all customers, and so tickets can be released if checkout is incomplete.
