Absolutely useless at communicating. Change of venue for the gig I was attending which was meant to be in central London and now located 11 miles away. Can’t get a train later so would like a refund and can’t get hold of anybody to answer so simple questions. Will never use Skiddle again.

really complex to get tickets as they try to force you to download their app, you are supposed to also be able to download tickets as pdf but they make this really difficult

it took me an hour to print off my tickets on my windows 10 desktop with are you 4 "are you Human" checks, and return to downloads when the same ticket got printed, Like a fool I tried to Download the app. The process was not user friendly but the push for finding accomodation was obvious and as we live a few miles away irrelevant. I won't be using Skiddle again

I got 3 tickets from Skiddle for The Hat Factory in Luton tonight but the venue refused to accept them saying Skiddle is not authorised to issue tickets for this venue, so we were refused entry. Shocking.

Unable to complete booking due to postcode error on the app but then no clear way of correcting that which meant I was unable to complete the booking using Apple Pay and risked missing out by having to start again and use a new credit card Hugely frustrating

Mostly my mistake because I should’ve copped that the advertised acts weren’t as advertised. Should’ve known it was too good to be true. Sucks that I wasted money on tickets for someone who won’t be there.

Quite confusing went round a few times before I was actually able to purchase also don't want to have to down load another app to see my tickets. Especially if the ticket is fir someone else. Far too complicated. Hated it.
