I have trued to contact you about my ticket there are 2 things I need to know but cannot find any information anywhere that helps me!

Considering I was pre registered and online at 9, I was not too impressed to still be paying full price!

Due to this, ticket prices are subject to change as agreed upon purchase. In the circumstances that promoters run a promotion\offer\reduction on the price of tickets, we're unfortunately unable to issue a refund. MK Skiddle Customer Support Team

Selected tickets, went to pay, kicked me back out to previous screen saying unavailable... then had to select a higher pay bracket.. same happened. NOt the bext of experiences

Due to this, ticket prices are subject to change as agreed upon purchase and Skiddle have no control over this. In the circumstances that promoters run a promotion\offer\reduction on the price of tickets, we're unfortunately unable to issue a refund. It told me the seats I originally wanted were unavailable so had to book different seat for it then to show the original ones as available after purchase

The evening was great to hear young talented musicians. However the person who was “compering” the evening did not know how to read the audience. His stage presence was totally inappropriate, it was all about him and he took up far too much time in the microphone.

Where do Skiddle get off charging a booking fee *and* a delivery fee, on a ticket that is sent to me digitally. Stop with all the endless added taxes and charges. It's cringe.

The booking fee is the margin that Skiddle applies in order to cover the cost of providing a secure ticketing service. Booking fees are non-refundable - this is across the board with all booking platforms. However, Skiddle are one of the only platforms offering booking fee credit on a future purchase and further information about this can be found within your automated refund email. Very expensive. I'm unable to print off my tickets. Too complicated. Other companies send me my ticket by email, instantly. I'll have to now visit a phone shop and see if they can retrieve my tickets.

I was blocked in loop before being able to access the ticket shop, despite the message saying "Acces to shop" and couldnt have access to the tickets for half an hour after the opening time. By the time I got in, most of the tickets were already sold out. The process was however easy afterwards. Too much checkboxes / opt-in opt-out for marketing etc. in the end of the process.

easy to follow but I think the booking fee is to high plus an additional 50p for a rapid ticket... what ever that is. That's an additional 3quid for a service for a local event. rip off

Hate booking through Siddle as you keep adding on a bit more for yourselves . Order with fees was £4 more than ticket price then at checkout another bit was added on for no reason .Cost over £5 more than advertised price .Hopefully people will become wise to you like i have

Hi, Skiddle is just the booking platform for event organisers to list their events on. All events are listed by the event organisers themselves and not Skiddle. Was an overall easy experience to book, but I dont understand why I had to pay so much of a booking fee on top of my 2 tickets. They were only £2 each and had to pay £1 on top plus 50p for service charge

Hi, Booking fees are charged simply because we pay the full face value of your ticket back to the event organiser. A booking fee is added per ticket and is calculated as a percentage of the face value. It's always displayed before you add any tickets to your basket. The booking fee is the margin that Skiddle applies in order to cover the cost of providing a secure ticketing service. This includes overheads such as debit/credit card processing fees, VAT, customer services, call handling, account management, administration, website development, secure server costs and profit. Ordered the tickets. Put in my card details and was immediately logged out saying that I had taken too long. Husband then went onto the website to order again while I checked my banking app only to find the payment pending so it had gone through. Nearly ended up with 4 tickets. Very disappointing
