Kneecap never turned up, so so so disappointed.. At around 12 the MC guy announced that they mustn't be turning up?? Can I get a refund ? I bought 2 tickets for £29.00

Absolutely dreadful. Skiddle not recognised as a safe app. Those without IT prefer paper tickets.

Hi Rosemary, Thank you for your feedback. Skiddle is a self-service ticketing platform for event organisers to list and sell their tickets. Event organisers must opt-in for us to provide posted tickets. If this wasn't an option at checkout, then they have decided to purely stick with rapid scan. If you prefer a paper ticket, you can download the PDF version of your ticket via your email confirmation and then print. I hope this helps clarify! CJ Skiddle Customer Support Team

An event I had booked tickets for has been cancelled by the organiser. The refund for the face value of the tickets has been processed, but they will only "credit" your Skittle account for the value of the booking fees. And that's only if you actually click a link in the refund email to claim them! Plus, you only have 12 months to spend said credit. I can understand if you wish to cancel the tickets yourself, but when the entire event is cancelled that is not my fault, so I don't see why I should be out of pocket by almost £10!

Hi There, Thank you for your feedback. A booking fee is added per ticket and is calculated as a percentage of the face value. It's always displayed before you add any tickets to your basket. The booking fee is the margin that Skiddle applies in order to cover the cost of providing a secure ticketing service. Booking fees are non-refundable - this is across the board with all booking platforms. However, Skiddle are one of the only platforms offering booking fee credit on a future purchase and further information about this can be found within your automated refund email. It took 8 attempts to get tickets as there was a problem with "security checks". Not checking my security, it was a problem everyone was having when trying to get tickets for a certain gig. I'm sure a lot of people would have just given up trying, which is a shame for the band. Very frustrating.

An awful experience and I am shocked that Skiddle has a rating of 4.4 stars. I booked tickets for an outdoor 90s rave at the beginning of this year. This event date was changed and has since been cancelled. I applied for a refund on 5th August 2024 and it is now 16th November and no sign of my £100 refund! Afternoon several emails I am no further forward with this and I am not hopeful to receive this money back. A terrible experience where a company takes customers hard earned money in the blind of an eye. I would NOT recommend this company or any of the events that they support/advertise/organise. Only use this company if you are willing to throw your money away. A very unhappy customer!

paying extra for a refund doesn’t cover you for an actual refund - t&c’s are very sneaky; not worth it.

Paid for ticket but never receive any confirmation email tried to get help from online chat there is no human the frustration is more than the joy because there is no tickets to go through today it’s my first time used this stupid website.!!!! Waste of time !!!!!
