“Only issue I have is that the price of the tickets was quoted in sterling rather than euro, given that I was buying the tickets in Ireland and the concert is in Ireland.”

Hi there, Thank you for leaving a review. In order to combat ticket touting and unauthorised duplication of tickets, you may notice that your Rapidscan barcodes have been suspended. This is done by the event organiser and not Skiddle. Skiddle are unable to release your tickets to you any sooner than the date and time stated under your order. Please check when your ticket(s) can be downloaded. This can be up to 1 day before the event. To check this, visit the 'tickets' tab on the app and click on your event. Alternatively, visit your order history on the Skiddle web page. Have a great time at the event 🎉 AH Skiddle Customer Support Team
