Buying tickets for the lookalike festival is easy but getting any info about it is none existent, looking at the reviews of this year's past events are horrendous, extremely disorganised. Skiddle shouldn't be selling tickets for these events if they are that bad. Does anyone have any idea on how to get on lookalike Cornwall?

I went on the waiting list for a ticket (was only allowed one per person). Got an email to say a ticket had become available but email expired in 20 mins and I didn’t see it for 30 mins so missed it. Ridiculous! Lucky more became available later, so could book 5 with no problem.

Hi, As the link is a one-time link if you click on this multiple times it will not work. If you have been unsuccessful in purchasing tickets through the waiting list we would recommend rejoining so if more tickets become available you may have a chance to repurchase. Easy to book but the booking fees for each ticket (event, camping and car parking for 3 people) are extortionate! Especially as you have to download and print the tickets yourself. Pity there's no other way to book.

I bought 3 tickets 🎟 but then my friend asked me could I get his wife one so I had to go through it all again because I couldn't edit how many tickets 🎟 I wanted

Newark festival INDOORS !!! What’s that about Festival means outdoors grass and live music Acts amazing Drinks tent and beers good but …. Bought a bottle wine …. All I can say is £25 and undrinkable Asked to swop and manager threatened to have me chucked out !!! He said it’s a festival you won’t get good wine Very bizzare indeed And said no one else complaining Well as a 48 year old women I expect some reasonable drink at £25 Pinot Bulgarian 10.5% I believe made up label on extremely cheap wine Won’t return to Newark festival again

Skiddle generally are very good but the last esperience that i had was not great. Took 3 attempts at closing the link and restarting again to advance to buy the tickets i wanted which meant that i lost out on the early bird prices

Was in the queue for around 50 minutes when it said “you are nearly at the front of the queue” with a wait time of 0-2 minutes. I purchased a second release ticket as first release were sold out. I then went back on the site (0 waiting time) to purchase a second ticket for a friend and first release was now available therefore I paid more than I needed to as first release were still available.

Hi There, Thank you for leaving a review. When tickets are put in a customer's basket, they are reserved for 8 minutes, allowing the customer to purchase. The amount of tickets selected and taken off sale until purchasing is complete. If the customer does not make the purchase within the 8 minutes given, the tickets are re-released for others to buy. It is likely that when you went to purchase your tickets, the first release tickets were already in someone else's basket but they did not complete their transaction in the time it to you to complete yours. After waiting in a room, for sale of tickets to start was 951 in queue, for early bird Reggaeland tickets. They had all sold when I got in to purchase. What is point of pre registering for tickets, then open to all on day of sale. You should have pre on general sale for customers who preregistered. Also, booking fee per ticket is high £40.40 for 4 tickets really.

Tickets for this event grow in demand each year due to the event's increasing popularity, I'm afraid we cannot control or limit signups for pre-release tickets. A booking fee is added per ticket and is calculated as a percentage of the face value. It's always displayed before you add any tickets to your basket. Went to Reggae Land again this year with family and friends. We always enjoy the event but this year we were surprised to see the length of the queue to gain entry. Over an hour in the queue before we gained entry which is unacceptable, and inconvenient. Countless people jumping the queue who were clearly not VIP. Disappointed to see the shocking condition of the toilets, and that terrible odour of urine that could be smelt from yards away. This must be improved for 2025 onwards. Far too many people were there on Sunday. So much so, it was cramped tight packed like a cattle ground. The event now appears to be a money making event with little concern for health and safety. The weekend was very hot, I don't understand why drinks sold, especially water is not on ice. Please allow main artists to perform on the main stage, more large screens placed around the grounds, more food vendors, more security, and crowd control. It would be good to have a shuttle service to and from local hotels. Surely management and hotels can come to an agreement for this to take place. Lack of transport made it a nightmare getting a taxi or an Uber back to our hotel after the show. Waited by the roadside for over two hours before we were able to get transport back to the hotel. So many others were in the same position trying to get away. Closure of the road to one-way did not help. Hopefully, you take note of reviews and act upon concerns raised by us, Supporters of Reggae Land. Overall we had a good time and have since purchased tickets for 2025. All being well.

Hello Brian, In order to combat ticket touting and unauthorised duplication of tickets, you may notice that your Rapidscan barcodes have been suspended. ​ This is done by the event organiser and not Skiddle. Skiddle are unable to release your tickets to you any sooner than the date and time stated under your order. Please check when your ticket(s) can be downloaded. This can be up to 1 day before the event. To check this, visit the 'tickets' tab on the app and click on your event. Alternatively, visit your order history on the Skiddle web page. From this email, you can download your tickets as a PDF. Enjoyed most of music/performances but badly managed, no list of line up, not enough food vendors, water banned but unable to refill bottles once inside. Lack of info, nearly didn't go thought I might have been scammed. 5* for toilets clean & plenty of them plus staff very friendly.
