You can locate your order using our handy order finder tool in which you have the ability to resend your confirmation email (https://bit.ly/3WmjLTr). From this email, you can download your tickets as a PDF. I put tickets in basket said I had 7 .ins to pay and within 30 seconds they were gone!! I was on exactly the same time as tickets released selected first release and then tickets gone and ended up on 3rd release?? This is third time this has happened every time in logged on and in basket and they are gone and end up paying more!!

Hi, You’re not given any time limit to select which tickets you want, but once you hit the checkout you’ll have 8 minutes to complete your information and card details. Thanks, LEB

This is a scam. Don't trust this site or the people behind it. You can deposit money but not withdraw it. I tried getting my money back for over a week and my withdrawals are always denied. Do your research and hold onto your money. I'm inclined to believe that many of the reviews online are fake. The "financial manager" assigned to me was friendly and polite in the beginning and became rude, aggressive and used verbally abusive language in an attempt to intimidate me when I didn't comply with his directives. Don't trust these people. Get help from Madam Roberts ( roberts lee. 618. @. g'mail''com) WhatsApp (+1 (856) 549‑7469‬‬..) if you need to withdraw your money from them.

Collect far too much unnecessary data. Charging an additional 50p for a ticket you print yourself is embarrassing

Hi, Booking fees are charged simply because we pay the full face value of your ticket back to the event organiser. A booking fee is added per ticket and is calculated as a percentage of the face value. It's always displayed before you add any tickets to your basket. The booking fee is the margin that Skiddle applies in order to cover the cost of providing a secure ticketing service. This includes overheads such as debit/credit card processing fees, VAT, customer services, call handling, account management, administration, website development, secure server costs and profit. This is the second fee applied by Skiddle and covers the delivery of your order, either using the Royal Mail network or via our alternative options such as eTickets or RapidScan tickets. There is only ever one delivery charge applied per order. This typically ranges from 50p to £1.50. Thanks, LEB

This is because of some email domains having high security and not accepting our reset password email. This can be easily resolved by following the below steps: Please add noreply@skiddle.com as an email contact Head to this website link - Change the level of protection in the Junk Email Filter Set your Junk email settings to 'No Automatic Filtering' by following the link Go back to skiddle.com, press reset password and enter your email address Then if you like, you can change your Junk email settings back to what they previously were. I had a dreadful experience with an unscrupulous investment platform. After investing a significant amount of money and seeing profits accumulate, I attempted to withdraw my funds. To my dismay, the company demanded an additional payment before granting access to my earnings. Their inability to safeguard their clients’ investments and their poor customer service left me frustrated. Biggest joke I’ve ever experienced. Boat turned up nearly 1.5 hours late, supposed to leave at 8:45pm, 10:35pm and we was still standing in the cold waiting, numerous people walked off and left, “biggest and best” boat party, absolute scam, DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY, organiser didn’t have a clue what he was doing, complete and utter chaos!

We do have a really comprehensive website, but as Skiddle is a self-service ticket agent, we do rely on the event organisers to inform us of event changes. He wasn't a singer at all. People was almost fall asleep and I was one of them. Very poor facilities specially the Chairs are so uncomfortable and limited. I had bag pain , couldn't sit and as a result I left very early.
