In general easy to use, on the page set up for these tickets there was an issue that I had to put in a club name before it would let me proceed, not a huge issue I just made a club name up

The demand for the event I was trying to book appeared to cause some issues. Two failed attempts to pay with PayPal (resulting in blank page, unsuccessful order and temporary hold on funds), third attempt worked using ApplePay. Luckily I was still able to get the tickets despite the delay in placing the order. Generally, a good experience apart from the technical issues.

It was annoying having to join something else jyst to buy theatre tickets, I hate having to give all the information again but once started the process seems ok

Easy enough to book. BUT I need to be able to print the tickets. I'm seriously not happy with them being unavailable for printing. Every time I open the tickets it won't allow me to print? Wouldn't be happy using this again. Have had no choice this time, but will look for other ways of booking for future.

Booking experience was good but realise I booked a gig on a Thursday night thought it was for Saturday and no way to get a refund. Quite disappointed to be honest, other than that everything was ok.

Tickets purchased quickly and easily, however, I have difficulty understanding the prices. I bought 11 tickets all for the same event but in 3 separate transactions. Each advertised at £8.00. I know there is some booking fee however, the first 2 cost £8.80 each, then a set of 8, followed by a single ticket as others joined my party. The overall cost works out at £8.95 each for the 11 tickets ??

Hi Sandra, Thank you for your feedback. A booking fee is added per ticket and is calculated as a percentage of the face value. It's always displayed before you add any tickets to your basket. i am sure older people like myself will find it difficult. I dont have a printer and cant understand the rest. it cost me 34.75 and I dont have any tickets yet. I called at MCC for tickets and told you will have to do it online, which is easier said than done for some of us.

Disappointed to be charged extra to get the ticket via an app which I need to download only to have access to a printable version on the email. What's wrong with just sending the QR code via the email. What a joke!

Hi there, Thank you for your feedback. You are charged 50p-£1.50 per order for your RapidScan E-ticket. This covers the overheads incurred by dispatching the order or providing the scanning technology used to produce and validate your ticket quickly and efficiently at the event. There are two ways of accessing your tickets. You can download the app, where ther barcodes of your tickets will automatically show, or you can download your tickets as PDFs from your confirmation email. You do not have to print the PDFs. As long as you barcodes are fully visible to be scanned, you will be granted entry. LB Skiddle Customer Support
