The ticket buying process was actually fine, it was more the after experience. The email with the ticket was sooo wordy and it was very hard to find my ticket. I was hoping I'd just be able to download the ticket but I had to get the app. On top of that, i paid for the whatsapp confirmation... again, I thought this would have my ticket but instead it was just a confirmation of my purchase... that side of the experience I would say was very poor

You can locate your order using our handy order finder tool in which you have the ability to resend your confirmation email (https://bit.ly/3WmjLTr). From this email, you can download your tickets as a PDF. The queue for logging on to this event was ridiculous as waiting 25 minutes to purchase a ticket is unexceptionable . Juvvy need to spread the ticket purchasing as the site kept crashing! Also juvvy need to inform on how many tickets are going on sale as there were alot of disappointed teenagers where parents struggled for a ticket !

It was very stressful trying to complete the purchase. I tried 4 times? on different bank cards. Each time a message came up your session has time out in red.I went back into your site and started again this time I secured a ticket .I did feel upset and anxious because I did not know it could be a scam because I did put OPT codes from the banks and also put in my 3 secure numbers from the cards🤔

This is a set time limit so that purchasing tickets is fair for all customers, and so tickets can be released if checkout is incomplete. When checking out, there is the option to log in/sign up, or check out as a guest. Skiddle is a secure site and asks only for details due to security purposes and to allow the successful transaction. Hi Ellie, Thank you for your feedback. A booking fee is added per ticket and is calculated as a percentage of the face value. It's always displayed before you add any tickets to your basket. The notification that my tickets were being held for me until 4:36 pm on 2/18 arrived in my mailbox AFTER 4:36 pm UK time so it seemed worthless but I was able to get tix through the venue website before they sold out and if it wasn't for your notification I woukd never have known they were even on sale yet. So it sort of worked.

Long winded but once an account set up it was ok. But ticket not current until December 2025 makes it awkward and do kiddle inform us that our tickets are live?

Unfortunately this time the payment process was hard work. Tried PayPal and Apple Pay but your system kept falling over. By the time it finally worked I missed out on the early bird tickets so it’s cost me more.

First time using Skiddle, told of £1.50 booking fee at start of process, however, booking and handling fee amounted to £7.50, not being honest at start of process I find wrong, all costs should be transparent at start.
